You are excused at 16 for not knowing the law. A custody arrangement is between the two biological parents. The mother cannot then decide to send the child off to live with someone else. That would be a violation of the judge's order.

No. He is either in the custody of his biological mother or father as determined by the court. When the biological father took them to court to try to win back custody they could make your argument but why a judge would send her off to a distant state to live with the step-father I don't know.

Avery There is no custody for original the guy who made me. He gave up all his rights. We never got child support. He legally is not longer my father

How do you know how the judge decided? At least in Germany, the mother can apply for sole custody and is usually granted it. This means that she also has the right to determine the whereabouts of the child. So she can give her daughter into the care of her husband even if they both live 100 km away. And as @CharInChastity has written, he has moved so that she can go to a good school.

It's just hard to believe that you were born and raised in Texas because of the way you speak, but of course you could easily be from Mexico it's so close.

yes, many girls here have had similar experiences and do not report anything to the authorities for the same reasons as you, I hope you find the help you are looking for.

so i am in a similar situation as you and there are two good reasons from my point of view why we are cautious about the rules. one is that it could be legally borderline if we write too openly about the forced aspect and the other is that the forum is clearly against forced use with minors. i personally don't agree with all aspects of these rules, but i agree that we should be a bit careful how we describe things.

Mr-TM On the one hand you say that your life is quite normal and you even understand your parents. On the other hand, you want to get out of the cb. I have never read it so contradictory here.

i don't see any contradiction, it's the same for me. understanding the arguments of your parents doesn't mean being of the same opinion, and you can love your parents despite their bad decisions.

yes and no, let's say i accept it better now than at the beginning, but i still wouldn't wear it for intrinsic motivation
