Ines in a lot of houses it doesn't work this way (currently only in yours and tasha's from active users the mother is belted too), but her boss is her boss, not her mother.
From a mere logical point of view, the controller (parent) don't need to be as the controlled (daughter). It is by definition an asymmetric relationship.
