There are some posts here where I don't quite understand the connection, somehow from another topic?
So, the time has come, the first big test has just begun. I will wear the belt for 24 hours for the first time.
I had a slightly longer supervised break earlier, but I've been back in the belt for 3 hours. So now I have another night and a whole day ahead of me.
Susan To get to 24 hours though it took longer, maybe a month or longer.
My training has been a little over a month now. So it was clear that it was about time.
I also can't understand how some people are able to wear the belt permanently after just a week or two
Susan I did not like the thigh bands, I found them very uncomfortable
That was my first experience too. However, the belt became a little more comfortable over time too. So maybe things will get a little better with the bands.
Susan It was only at night and never during the day.
My mum also told me that these can help not fight so much at night. But I've never worn them at night until now.
Jenna I do agree that they can help make cheating the belt more difficult, but
I'm sure they do. My mum says the same thing. She thinks the belt I have is really safe and it's not about extra security, but about making it harder to cheat on.
But yes, the bands can also have a different effect, I can say that much.
Jenna I think they should be used (with the wearers permission)
My parents don't quite see it that way; consent for individual wearing is less necessary.
To be fair, I have to say that my mum wears bands almost every day. not all day and not 24/7, but at least for a while every day.
