Joh AS far AS I remember right @Sin has this Kind of arrangement.

Not so much anymore, but certainly for the last couple of years we would take it in turns.

I mean it's almost a prerequisite for me, if you are going to lock someone up I think it's only fair that you should have some experience with what you are putting them through.
