On other forums about chastity, Neosteel has quite a few complaints under their new ownership. I personally was trying to make a custom order and it was 6 months of very slow responses via email, I gave up. I ended up finding the part I wanted on the second hand market. Others have had problems with order mix ups, delays in receiving their order and incorrect sizing that didn't match the provided measurements and very slow responses to inquiries if they respond at all. All of which Neosteel has done absolutely nothing to make things right except offer to charge them more to fix it and they go to the back of the queue so another 6 months or more of waiting, even though it was Neosteels error. I cannot recommend this company anymore, they are the overall best belts IMO for males, and seem like good belts for females but the product is only as good as the customer service which is garbage. They need to step up and make things right or they are next to go out of business. I ordered my first belt when the company was owned by Dr Mende, it was a completely different experience.
