I did buy both bra and thigh bands for my girl, but we use both only for a photo session, tease or date night. The shining cup bra - of chinese make, inspired by an old my-steel design - lacks any supportive function of a real bra and basic ergonomy, its upper edge cutting into small blood vessels, nerves and tissue, so I would not have her sleep in it. The thigh bands to me are the equivalent of a tight pencil skirt, so not only improving belt safety, but restricting walking movement and seating position in a conservatively attractive way. OK, that last assessment may have been biased.^
