How many wearers here could show that they wear a belt without some very compromising photos - I doubt many people here would want to share a picture of themself with the belt visible, especially not those with transparent shields or boys in cages.
Also, even if we know people are young adult girls that own a chastity belt, that does not prove anything about their wearing arrangements. You could easily have a girl that locks for play with her boyfriend (or heck, her boyfriend for that matter) spin a tale of her being locked by parents for years or something. Granted, a huge barrier to entry for the casual troll, but in the end we still have to trust people on their stories, and any troll with no wearing experience tends to out themself by accident rather quickly already.
