Good name, but I have to disagree with you.

a virginity belt would testify that the virginity is intact. but when mastubating it is quite possible that the hymen tears. a virginity belt would then be more likely again with secondary shield so a chastity belt 🙂

I don't think the virginity is only a matter of hymen intact or not.It can break if doing some activities,even if the woman have never even kissed a man(or another woman).

I think a woman should be considered virgin if she never had sex(oral,vaginal or anal,but masturbation not included).

No,with:possible to masturbate when she's alone in her room,and less strict if with family(as she can't orgasm in such situation);but lock it on if she goes out,or has friends in her room,both situation in while some kind of sex can happen.

This way,she can masturbate sometimes,but sex is totally prevented.
