I have been experimenting the belt for a while. In the first week I tried wearing it almost continuously with a few hours' break everyday. Probably because I went in too fast, I got some bruises and the belt almost injured my testicle. After the near injury, I took a break from the belt for a while to recover. I started trying to wearing it again with a cleaning break every other day, with the key stored in a box protected by a timer lock. So far it's going well.
