that's not the case for me, that's why i asked myself this question. my secondary shield is permanently attached and even if you could take it off, that wouldn't happen

when i'm at home it's no problem, i can change tampons or pads (under supervision of course), going out is a bit more difficult, but with chopsticks (hard to explain) i can change that too 😂
