yes it is ok for me, during my studies i might be able to support my father at work for a few hours a week and earn some money. i know what i am doing it for and i also know that i will have enough money for it later 😉

Same in France.But we have to actively search for a work,and not decline too often offers(not counting the ones got in interim agencies).

In France,it would be hard to get enough money for it with only this income.There can be some other helps,especially for renting a small flat,but it is still not much...

I am not as good with computers as Laura but I think most of us wok a job or have one income stream that would travel anywhere in the world. In England is there a disability fund or unemployment fund people draw from and then add a "unofficial" income to???

I am not sure any other countries have something similar but at least Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Austria, Switzerland and Co. have something similar and many others, too. Most probably not the US 🙂
