The only non-fetish reason I can understand a guy would want to date a belted girl I think is to basically take sex completely off the table. Any physical intimacy will be extremely limited especially if a belted girl also had to wear a chastity bra as well. The one good thing though would be that it would force the potential dating partners to look at each other in a much deeper way as I think a guy is going to have to be very understanding as the belted girl is going to probably have lots moments where she is very frustrated (especially if she has been recently belted) and he is going to have to probably comfort her and possibly bear with her "bad moods" at times. (Am I right ladies?) However I think that for that very reason of sexual contact being so limited that it will allow a far closer connection between two people than with a non belted girl. Just my thoughts...
