I would not call that discussion as theoretical. I don't see any reason why it's not possible technologically, somebody just need to build a prototype

Yes,considering the features,it is clearly a fetish toy.But the idea could be adapted to other chastity belts,with only the fingerprint lock,I think.

I think replacing the lock by a more modern one,with no key,but a fingerprint reader,should do the job.

I think so too, but really only the fingerprint system, everything else would be pure torture and would go beyond the actual purpose of the belt 🙁

I don't think so,I think the key system is working well enough in their opinion.And they would not like the risk of putting me in a situation in which I would have to take it off in emergency,with no ways to do it.

I think it can be a sweet way to lock it for a couple,a bit romantic.Even if there is still a problem with the lack of an emergency key.

They never did it(I guess they think it would be too intrusive),but he never asked you to use your cell phone,with GPS active,and while always having your cell phone with you,to be able to locate where you are at any time?

no, because he knows that then I would "accidentally" forget my cell phone, I would be punished for that, but my father knows that I would rather accept that than gps on my cell phone 😉
