I want to bring this post to front again, because it looks so interesting and I am interested how you now deal with your clothes. Just to give you some impression from my experience:
For underwear, I often wear disposable pants underwear like Tena Silhouette pants as a first layer, especially now in the colder season. As a next layer, I like to wear panties with a higher waistband. Alternatively, bodysuits, preferably with hook fastenings or metal press studs. Plastic buttons don't hold so well. Then I like to wear pantyhose or stay-ups, or even suspender belts with at least 4 suspenders on each side, suitable for everyday wear. I now only wear skirts/dresses since several years and generally look for a slightly higher waistband. This emphasises the waist and hides the waistband of the chastity belt. The seam always goes at least above the knees, and now in the colder season it often goes down to the calves or ankles.
Currently, I wear a chastity bra and thigh bands for a few days. I like to wear a normal bra over it. It's a good distraction because other people only pay attention to a slight imprint of the bra, especially the hooks on the back side, which they are used to seeing on women. I have some bras especially for this situation, which have larger cups and slightly wider straps. I can put them over the straps of the chastity bra and fix them with 2-3 strips of soft Velcro tape (available as endless fabric). I like to wear loose-fitting tunic blouses with this, so no one will notice!
Regarding thigh bands, I like to wear cycling shorts-like tight-fitting panties with long legs almost to the knee. I put them on in the morning, then my husband puts on the thigh bands. Where they are attached to the CB, I simply fold down the waistband. Alternatively, I also like to wear stay-up, almost opaque stockings and suspenders. Both panties and stockings prevent chafing quite well, as I am sometimes on the move quite a lot. The connecting chain is covered with silicone tubing. You can hardly hear any rattling. Add a thicker skirt and possibly a petticoat, which also dampens noise. By the way, the connecting chain is set quite comfortably long in my case. Walking and climbing stairs are possible without any problems. My husband is concerned about additional dyscomfort, but I still have to manage my life around the housework. Otherwise it would be dycomfort for HIM ;-). I usually wear shoes with a medium heel with it.
I try to look attractive and lady-like in everything and pay attention to classic elegance. Both for my husband, but a little flirt while shopping is also something nice. That way I know my market value ;-)
