I wanted to give the chastity lifestyle a try and restrict myself to someone I was serious about which I don't currently have. It's an interesting experiment and I've learned some things here, especially about some of the men struggle against addictions to masturbation. Never knew such a thing existed.

Avery masturation addiction definitely exists. I dealt with it from my late teens well into my 20's. Really struggled in college. Limited privacy from my room mate. Wish male chastity cages would have been common then but still embarassing if discovered. I find it amazing you are doing this by sheer will power. I never could have been able to do that.

I believe that female masturbation addiction is more harmful then male. The females I have know with a probem would take and our or more to reach orgasm and then needed more time to become productive. They tended to neglect housework, laundry, cooking, and other things they were supposed to be doing. A guy can get off in a couple of minutes and get on with things. Probably leads to a premature ejaculation problem later in life but no real impact on time.

I have had a few fails, but not with a male, which is the real goal. I'm a little bit at a loss to explain why I don't allow myself to masturbate. As far as it being amazing I think one thing is that perhaps women in general, and I in particular, need an object to get horny about, i.e. a specific individual or situation. I don't have an individual to get horny about at this time. Some situations do, going to the beach as naked as the law allows, watching the bed scene from Gerald's Game on youtube, etc. Plus I have my belt to help me when I need it, shower in a public place, take cold showers when needed, don't dress sexy, a few others.

As much as we do not see eye to eye on gender rules and sexual morality, there is some serious common ground here. I feel like reducing my orgasm frequency is a good thing, but when completely abstinent for more than a month, those fluids want to go somewhere. And that somewhere is a lot harder to clean up than anything I would voluntarily ejaculate onto. Which is the whole reason I rarely do long-term stints completely orgasm-free, draining the pipes every once in a while makes waste management so much easier and is also good for a male's health.

That said, most boys still do it far more often than they need to.
