You generally won''t need to adjust the belt to fit over a corset, the difference in size is no different to what you would experience throughout the day with water retention, bloating, mega farts etc.
Plenty of options for steel-boned lockable corsets (I use HW Design) but it's certainly not for daily wear... And it's not really something you'd normally get into with your dad, it needs to be said. But whatevs... you do you.
