From the pictures the boobs touching each other. If you want a cups for each the cups has to be make from min two parts or more.
If you have two metal layers you can hide the locking between the layers and you would not see it.
Anyway it will not be cheap.

It is not only the weight of the bra. With this size of boobs the implant could weight around 5 to 7 kg.
The weight of the bra would highly depend on the material in use and the design. It should designed in that way that the weight is distributed to the body and not only pull on her shoulders. Nevertheless is would great a constant stress in her back.
