Well, I mean, I Know I am wearing something, but the effect for me is that I do not feel covered at all.
Some months ago we talked about need of wear clothes in home, and even I would not think in do it, in my home would not be allowed dress only the belt.

i had these chains once, for me it only has a psychological effect. the chains don't restrict you physically but you feel more confined. the real point is that if you have small breasts, you can't pull the cups up.

They always looked like more of a fetish accessory for me, cannot imagine them having much of a practical security effect unless the cups are a bad fit. Then again, as a male I do not wear bras, especially not steel ones, so despite having some fatty lumps on my chest, I have no idea how chastity bra security works.
