OK, I found them. I believe there is a small mistake in there that makes the thighband use confusing, since you use am for both on and off, but because of the 'in the morning' I believe you're saying you only wear them at night, which makes more sense anyway. (So the first 'am' should probably be 'pm'.)
The whole thing should then work like this, between 6 and 9 am I go to my father and have the thighbands put on me and in the morning between 6 and 9 am I go to my father again and have the thighbands removed again.
Luckily the wrist bands disappeared very quickly again, and now the connecting chains. Who knows what you might get rid of in 9 months ;-)
About my story: even though there is nothing in there that is directly inspired on anything written here, all the experiences, motivations and such have helped me with an increased understanding of the reasoning of parents, the way the wearers of restrictive items feel and deal with them, which helped me with the writing. So in a very indirect way you have also contributed to it đ
In the Introductions topic you wrote in answer to Klaus' question:
it's rather interesting what can become of this topic.
I don't quite understand what you mean. What exactly is 'this topic'? The 'ausbruchsfreie Erziehung'?
