Megan Hah! Your response made me laugh. I don't know which part of the country you live in or if you've ever heard of Kentuckian singer-songwriter John Prine, but he told a similar joke once in an interview. The host asked Prine how he started playing the guitar, and Prine talked about the sorts of instruments his siblings played, and how they taught him. Then the host kinda expected Prine's dad to know how to play music. Prine said no, but he played the radio sometimes and we listened to the Grand Ole Opry together in the kitchen.
