Depends on your belt model. A classic belt with the secondary shield cover everything enough, but I doubt about cables

Yes,I'm not sure it would be welcomed on a classic beach(considered as more or less naked,especially as it is not a swimsuit nor clothes),but not welcomed on nude beach too(as we're not nude when wearing chastity devices)...

Yes,it is good that many of us,even if wearing a chastity belt(and for some,more chastity devices)have a boyfriend/girlfriend;especially as I think it is harder to date with it on...

Not deadly but bad and more common is bluebottles with long stinging tails- i got welts across my middle. The lifesavers have vinegar and ice which helps.

Wait until you hear about Irukandji... the size of your thumbnail, completely invisible, and they kill you by firing off your pain receptors. (So you quite literally die from pain).

There's a reason why I live in the south and not the tropics... We just have friendly sea creatures like great whites. 😁
