Parents were young once too.... they know that young people do often take risks and can make mistakes that can affect their entire lives.

Young people want the freedom, parents want the safety. Some tension in the relationship is inevitable.

A chastity belt of course means that the balance has shifted quite strongly towards safety/protection, and away from personal freedom.

Add in GPS, and freedom reduces even further (because monitoring is likely to affect behaviour).

right, so i can understand the advantages that parents see, but these parents should think carefully about how far they go because of course it could also jeopardise the relationship with their daughters.

It needs a GPS receiver and a mobile transceiver in it. The GPS calculate the current position and the mobile transceiver transmit it to your phone or account. Depend on the system.

You would need something custom build as most watch-shaped GPS trackers are susceptible to a screwdriver. It would be fairly easy to take an existing design and modify it to be more secure and not-removable.
