It would be different about the duration,too.
If it is used as a punishment,it would be for a limited time,like a few weeks,and it would not mean not having sex,only no orgasm for the woman(or for the man in a female led relationship...).
If not allowed to orgasm without permission,it is more a rule,for a long duration...But I can understand why you like it,however.
