You should discuss it when they are back.
We had strong rain with with flooding in a very short time. Some could only save themselves by getting out of the second floor into the water and swimming to higher areas.
How do you want to do that with the thigh-bands?
It could end deadly.

Angelina i don't like that, i would never recommend wearing thighbands when the key holder is not nearby because accidents can happen. i hope you have an emergency key you can use in case of emergency.
