Sasha That’s what we are discussing for training/ orientation,
I'm still a beginner when it comes to tight bands! However, I can now confirm what Ines has already told me !before!
A chain length of "only" 6cm still allows for everything you have to do.
I also found the restriction to be massive for the first few hours, but after a while it's just a habit to be so restricted. Or rather, it's more of a normal way of dealing with it than being too restricted.
Angelina a big step, i hope you had enough pillows in the bed? 🙂
You can hardly see the bed because of so many pillows 😃
Angelina if you have 3 D-rings, then they will certainly all be used soon.
There was a little foretaste of this yesterday!
yesterday we had a cheat day (I call it that at least). Just raining outside, lying lazily on the bed, watching TV and just doing nothing.
I was home alone with my mum! By the way, she has to wear the bands at home now too.
While we were watching TV, I asked her why the third D ring.
Then she told me about the triangle!
She then also said that this day would actually be good for going through all the other possibilities of the bands and adapting them.
I now know that I also have a 4cm chain. This is already very restrictive compared to the 6cm chain. Significantly smaller steps and stairs I have to go sideways with it.
Then the triangle, with stairs it's easy to notice. But when you sit down! Since the legs are pulled together directly! Sitting down with it takes a bit of practice, but it works.
At the end only the padlock was tried. The padlock alone is really bad, only the smallest steps are possible.
I had the padlock on for 30 minutes, the 4cm chain and the triangle for an hour each.
Mom said, that was just to show me things. It would be up to me whether things would come into use or not!
