carg actually quite the opposite... It's a great occupation for travelling. I spent most of my 20s overseas. Usually I'll go to somewhere in Asia for the dry season, which is our winter so it works out well for me!
There are places that are sports oriented, like rock climbing destinations in Thailand or surf camps in Indonesia, so you can do cashies off the beach if you want to live frugally. I can live quite simply up there, I don't need much to get by.
At the other end of the scale almost every luxury resort wants a yoga teacher, so I've done seasons in Fiji, Laos, Turkey etc.
I've been to most countries in Europe and Asia, a couple in Africa and a good chunk of the Middle East. I came back at the start of COVID and I'll probably be staying put for a while now though. :-)
