You will have difficulty with twists, anything that requires pelvic tilt or assymetrical hips, and some simple postures like seated forward bends. Please ensure you get time out of the belt for your exercise, it's very important. Trying to do yoga in a belt just leads to nasty pressure sores and bruising from metal on bone contact.

Secondary shield is not detachable

Jonas yeah I don't think the forums changed so much more I've changed- like the history just has forced or coerced stories over and over. But yeah some of the happy couples have left it seems. I dunno my thoughts about the belt - like what I think sometimes is like maybe better for reddit than here.
