I know women who got back with their husband and are happily married so that's potentially a path for you (and in that case it certainly was her fault they broke up the first time). No idea why you broke up or the truth of your mom's arguments but getting some personal clarity on what didn't work and why will help avoid another break up. Up to you if you where or if you get that, of course.

Laura None of them have belts, but touching isn’t at all allowed either, and they are punished for doing so. Was more meaning the general situation though. If a relationship goes south, good to know why, so at least the next one won’t.

Getting both,as I was used to when my belt was used as a punishment,is of course worse,however.

There is several part time jobs offers in France,especially for short term jobs.

Marrying to stop wearing the belt would very likely fail(and for most of us,divorcing would probably mean "back in the chastity belt").

I think you are right and people shouldn't suggest so much to you without being responsible. Or at least whoever offered advice to you mom... You must have some type of cleaning schedule like every couple of days or like Catherine every weekend or so???

it is not necessarily easier, it depends very much on the industry in which you work, however, many employees prefer someone who works full-time, because it is very difficult to find good professionals (but this is just my opinion I like to be taught a better one)

and yes i think it is a bad choice to get married just to not wear a belt anymore 😉

True everywhere but retail and for those jobs you certainly need degrees.
