Good idea,reducing the wait would be great for you both.And you would have enough time to do it calmly,as it can be stressful for a couple to plan it,and cause arguments.Better if you can take time for it.

that's right, we want to get married as soon as possible after camryn's 18th birthday, but we want it to be a nice wedding, so we want to plan things like location, catering and the like in advance 🙂

Being supported by a boyfriend/girlfriend help,sure,but it is still hard to manage,especially if we know it's going to last several more years...

Right.I've read often that the cable is better,but I guess it can depends on how people feel...Both have pros and cons,but generally,everyone admit the chains ones are the worst.

Sarah I have seen some with a solid round bar rather than a cable

I think it would be very awful to wear it!

So I have been doing some research and as far as I can see a solid rear is more secure than chains and easier to sit on from what I read, a solid bar seems to be the most practical while a full rear with a hole gives the best protection of all. Very interesting

Sarah Nowadays it is the most common cable or bar with holes.
Chains rear are the earliest model of modern chastity belts. Give a visible "pantie line" and hard to sit on. Also give marks on sofas and other softer surface and can maybe be revealing and raise questions.
