yes, i know these rules, but i have limited myself to the age of majority and the age of consent, because these are the only two parameters that are relevant to this discussion.
Jonas I understand the variations you're talking about, however I think up to the age of majority most legal systems would process this as an abuse issue rather than a simple sexual consent one.
i know that and it's absurd, sorry but either we consider someone mature enough to make sexual choices or we don't. the different minimum age for sex and visiting a sex shop (as an example) is absurd. Pornography is from 18, but sex is allowed from 14, that is illogical, because either someone can handle sexuality or not.
of course it is not normal when it happens involuntarily, the whole forum and also me are against it. however, if someone decides to do it voluntarily i don't see any big problems because that is also part of sexual self-determination. and yes in this case i see it as black and white. either sexual freedom applies or it doesn't, we can't say you can decide one thing but not the other, that's just illogical.
