At what age can/should a person wear a cb?

Please don't get hung up on the word "child." I can't think of a better genedereutral word.

Let's assume that the child/teenager wants to wear a cb like @Ines . And let's assume that there are no laws prohibiting it.

What do you think from which age a child/teenager can/should wear a cb?

I'm especially curious about the answers of those who have been wearing a cb themselves since they were teenagers.

(Please also give detailed reasons for your answer. Please no two-liners).

Mr-TM Never for any minor, nor anyone who is mentally incompetent. The idea of children/minors/adolescents being forced into any restraints is abhorrent to me and there are literally no reasons that I could ever accept to make exceptions.
I may be crazy because I choose to wear such devices but in no way should this be construed that I approve it for others.
Basically, non-consensual or even reluctant use horrifies me, and consent means the child/adolescent or even adult must be capable of giving consent in law.

My point was precisely not that a child is forced into cb, but wants it himself.
