Cb85 from what I've read, 10-15 days or something is where your urges peak, so if you can get past that, it supposidly only gets easier from there because your hormones settle.
Not sure if I mentioned it here before, but there was some research paper back in the early 2000s or something that had supporting evidence data for performance with balanced abstinence and stimulus. I ironically only discovered this was a thing when I stumbled upon a sports manga where an athelete finds a new trainer and is required to abstain from self gratification to enhance his performance, and coincidentally the second ever mention I heard was on a podcast talking about michael reeve's intense boxing training program where he found out the hard way how much of a difference it made (or rather, the detriment in performance from letting it out early was).
