That's a question of perspective. Indeed, there are some few scandals involing priests habing sex witg minors, but that's also the case in any other job outside of the church where people habe a lot of contact to minors. Teachers, for example.
That's because pedophile persons prefer to work in a job where they have contact to minors, no matter what the intention of the employee actually has to have.
That's a big problem that we need to solve somehow, but not a church only problem.

Well, depending on the interpetation, sex before marriage is prohibited. You can't differ between what priests teach us and what we learn to be wrong.
Some believe unprotected sex before marriage is prohibited, some believe sex in general in a taboo.
It depends on the interpretation.
Never the less, fucking around with anyone and getting pregnant by random guys is a no-go for all practicing catholics.
Just like getting pregnant from a bf you habe no strong boundary with like an engagement or a wedding.
That, of course, makes parents necessarily involved in their childrens sexuality in order to educate and prevent them from the effects not following the catholic teachings on this can cause you to suffer from. Being a single parent is hard. Doesn't mean you may exclude them from society, but it's a hard life. That's just a fact.
