For now, I've looked at some concepts for Anti pullout, but they all seem to revolve around making the cage tighter in certain places, to prevent the top of the penis from being pulled back. That's kind of unnecessarry, as my anatomy is such that the 'bottleneck' part of my cage is already small enough for me to not be able to pull back once the cage is locked on.
And yes, probably. I've seen printable key containers in which the key can be sealed in a way that it's useless without breaking the seal, something like this would be easily printed and added to the case.
