I actually wouldn't be surprised if you could earn more money wearing the belt during your sex work - of course it is more of a niche market, so it might be harder to find the right customers, but they will probably pay more too. But that is of course not for everybody, and you might even be glad to be out of the belt at those times.
Have you ever considered giving up the work because of the discomfort and limitations the belt gives you? (Not saying you should or shouldn't, just wondering)
