I've been a 'silent' reader since some days, so it's time to introduce myself a bit.
I am a guy living in Southern Germany and got in (passive) touch with chastity many, many years ago.

Well, at least something 🤷‍♂️. No, it's not a dialect. It's an own language, to be correct. It's older then German, thst's why German is partly based on it. If it was a dialect than it would be a regional version of the German language, what it isn't - because a variation can only developp itself when the language it's based on did alread exist, what it didn't.
A common fault some people make because it sounds relatively similar ... like Dutch and German.

Irene It is possible to both defecating and urinating with the belt on, but take longer time to clean.
With the perforated shield, you have to urinate slowly so as not to get wet all over!

it's definitely possible to do both but as @Tobbe said, you should be careful not to pee too quickly and you should be careful to clean up afterwards, a spray bottle can help. for the "big deal" it depends on which backside you have
