VivianChaste Thank you, it means i was born male but now socially and mostly physically are female, i do still have male genitalia which does impact my belt choice (i dont want a cage)
There are quite many kinds of belts for such anatomy, although I dislike how they word it when it comes to marketing. (Fancy Steel used to have wording I disliked the most for such lineup, but they recently changed naming of their products.) Examples of such belt can be MySteel Transformation (MySteel is back after long hiatus), Fancy Steel Transgender lineup, Neosteel now has "Feminine look" choice which has a visually identical looks with female belt.
There are also many chinese belts that looks like female belts but adapts with genitalia. So maybe it is something you can look for too if you are on tight budget. (Although these aren't really for long term wear, so I'd recommend saving up for ones mentioned above, such as MySteel.)

So you want to embrace more "traditional" ways of life? As long as that makes you happy, you should look for lifestyle that makes you happy. But remember, long term chastity is a huge commitment.
