Im from Hungary.
College education is a bit different here. We have free college if you are above a certain point treshold to get scholarship. But if you didnt get in, you have to pay for each semester, but its way harder to get back into scholarship. Well, i didnt get in, but i want to study.
I saw others have asked about the nature of the deal too. It was a deal. Of course my family can easily pay for my studies, but they want to make sure i wont continue my life style that led to my poor high school grades. I partied a lot. And i still want to do that, but i must put it aside for a while if i want to graduate.
