I suppose since I’ve started advising Daphne as a potentially belted wife, I should introduce myself after lurking a bit. Call me Prudence. 42 years old, trans woman, reluctantly and permanently belted at the behest of my wife for the last few years in order to heal deep guilt and shame that was instilled in me by a devoutly religious upbringing. Prudence is not my real name, but it amuses me to take a religious nickname even if I’m not personally observant anymore!
I’m not quite the target audience here - perhaps Laura should establish “beltedwives.org,” eh? 🙂. But there are precious few resources online to discuss the truly chaste lifestyle rather than lurid fetish fantasies. I appreciate that a great deal.

Daphne I’d love it if such a place existed for married types. Honestly, all the talk of parental belting on this forum already has me nervous because I deeply disagree with that. I’d be more forthcoming among other married or engaged people whose keys were held by those we love forever by choice. My belt was not fully my own decision, but I chose to obey my wife long ago and that was an eventual consequence.

Daphne Fortunately enough for you, you lack the harshness of my upbringing that causes me to believe the belt is a necessity. I don’t think you want to take the steps that would be required to replicate the experience you want at your current age. (Mostly you would need to yield the keys and authority to someone who is not a girlfriend or peer. That tends to be less fun!)
