Laura
A person to be fullfilled (not happy, just having a life) at your age should be independent and owner of his or her own life
At 35 you should
Live away from parents, in your home
Have meaningful relationships
Have a significant other, or at least hope to have it
Have a job
Have a family
Have an healthy sexual life
Have satisfying hobbies
What you have? Just a job, and maybe hobbies
Nothing else.
Someone can be happy without all of this things?
Sure, if he chooses so:
A priest. An activist, a monk, a street artist, something else
But your status is not your choose, but your parents
All the people from misterpoll moved forward. Married, and no more here, unbelted
Other people here are looking forward, have at least hope
@WriterAlexis is working to get out and will likely go NC with her parents
@Ines is happy, with a boyfriend
@Sasha has a girlfriend
A lot of girls have been belted, have freed themself, and get out. Except you. And you are even missing the basic human desire that allow to endure: hope
What I think about you is that you are quietly desperate. So yes, your situation is the worse one
