I mean it's difficult because a belt has to be able to be worn all the time in any normal activity, in my opinion at least. Ok, there are some additional toys like low voltage plugs and so on ... but that has nothing to do with chastity anymore in its actual intention. GPS ... ok, might be a good idea for emergencies ... maybe with a button you can push to give a silent alarm ... but you do need some privacy from time to time. The problem is that you can't just have a charging plug on it if you don't want to take any short cuts... you can only change batteries like in waterproof watches or have an inductive charging point like in smartphones or toothbrushes... what would have its inconveniences...
