How much time do you wear your chastity belt?
@Laura @Angelina @Johnathan I think I can pretty much confirm, that male chastity works. It may have some flaws, but once you got a good device it's pretty much impossible to have any sexual intercourse or to masturbate. Of course, every human being is different about this but I can't get a real orgasm. My girlfriend made me ejaculate by shaking the cage heavily for a long time but she only did it a couple of times and it sure doesn't change the "situation" about orgasms. It actually makes it worse because it's a very frustrating feeling. I don't know if that's a proof in any way, but that's my experience with how well male chastity does work.

Yes, the chastity belt, not only in psychological way, but also in physical way is not possible in boys case, Angelina.
I know that it moves you inside, but, yes, the chastity is much more possible and harmless for us the girls.
Even here, you can read about girls that, which is barbaric in my opinion, her keyholder close the belt and almost forget about it. And they are physically perfect. With a boy it is impossible.

i don't think there are different risks, it is certainly more painful for boys, but also we girls don't know how our bodies react after several years without orgasm
Lukas It is frustrating as hell, yes. But I let my girlfriend do it anyways sometimes because she likes getting a "reaction" from me and it has the positive effect that I don't drip semen for about a day or two.

It's not too often that she does it and I let her do it most of the time, after all that's the only way that she can see a "sexual reaction" from me. Also the reduced leaking isn't that bad, although it isn't worth it for only that effect.
