It's disabled for now for the reason. Initially I wanted the forum to be text only similar to the misterpoll. Plus pictures require more moderation to avoid inappropriate content.
However I can add this feature. But let's ask others' opinions.

I can copy an image locally and change link or you can mail it to me like @Renita did.

There are multiple solutions to this problem. For example that you first have to earn the right to post pictures, or that all pictues are marked witha a spoiler so they are hidden. That makes porn spam extremly unattractive.
