                                        It takes some time. I after "intense" training in summer can use heels, but not of great highness.

                                            Angelina My girl has realized she loves them too. Wore a pair, was happy...then basically cried in pain after it was done. By her reaction you’d think someone used a whip.

                                                Form some girls is umbarable . For me, even it is obvious that no is the most comfortable for running, it is not a torture.
                                                Pain, even a long night, in a wedding, for example, is very bearable for me.

                                                        There is several situations in which high heels are more appropriate for a woman...It is better to wear such with an evening dress,too,as another example.

                                                                          You should not use stairs with it on while you're not used to it;but it is not that hard to learn how to walk with it! 😉

                                                                          Start by using it only for a short duration,in your home(without using stairs,slopes and such),holding on furnitures or helped by Camryn.Then,do it a bit longer,then,do your part of household tasks with it on.After you're at ease at home,you can then start to go outside;and uses stairs and such only when feeling very at ease with,or with someone helping you.It should be learned step by step,if you're not at ease with it,and can be done pretty quickly!😉
