Imagine your favourite shoe designer having this publicity stunt: They'll bundle your favourite pair of heels with a steel designer chastity belt professionally adjusted and locked on you - take both home for free from their flagship store and just keep them as long as you feel like. Not sure if there'd be many actual takers, but the shoe brand would surely turn heads for a while.

Actually get a lot of clothes and accessories from military surplus, practical and cheap. Always figured if it’s good enough for the troops should work for me right

Angelina Yeah the skirts really the only deviation from that look, but they do have them usually for the dress uniform though.
