For hygiene, I think that a belt for long use has to have detachable secondary shield. So since a belt does not have it, for me it is not valid for long use.

Yes this is the idea, accepting I will not have another 24/7 belt, I find one that offers me different possibilities to my current (main) belt.

As is a belt for few days, it is acceptable it at the end does not have a real detachable secondary shield and, frankly, I think that after few days or hours, my hips can result a bit sore and tender.

I agree, before I showed her the belt I thought she would argue and protest a lot, but she was very calm. This is how it went:
when I first showed it to her I told her that the belt will put a shield over her private parts. She asked me if it's to prevent sex, I said that she's partially right, but more importantly it's to make sure she can't access there at all. I explained to her that she should not think that I bought the belt because I don't trust her, but because at her age it's very easy to act on impulse, which the belt prevents.
She thought it was reasonable, asked some more questions, and agreed to do the fitting.

I decided to follow @Amira 's advice and take it slow - today she's wearing it for 6 hours, and tonight it'll be the first time she wears it overnight.
So far there have been no issues with the belt - no rashes, no pain, no chafing, nothing like that. Going to the bathroom remains the biggest problem, but she's learning.
Security is good. I have adjusted the belt so that even when it's pulled down as much as possible the shield is still pressing up. The shield isn't very wide, but if you try to move it to the side, everything will move with it. It's physically impossible to get anything under the shield.

Now these type of chastity belts are considerably more expensive, but by saving early, it can be solved. Worse if her parents suddenly sees a problem and quickly has to do something. Then it is not easy to make the safest decision.

After I saw your post I decided to double-check, just to be sure.
Literally 15 minutes ago I asked my daughter to let me check the fit.
I then asked to show me what happens if she tries harder to get her finger under the shield.
It's impossible to create a gap between the edge of the shield and the skin large enough to slide a finger in.
So the belt is secure.
I think the real reason is that she doesn't know about masturbation yet, even though she knows about sex.
