The big sheep and the big crayfish are up the road from me (by "up the road" I mean like 5 hours in opposite directions). We also have a Big Apple, which is almost as cool as New York.

That area does look amazing. I'm not much of an outdoors person, but visiting that spot would be an amazing experience!

Most animals only attack if they are hungry. As for shooters, there are many mental issues in these people, but that is tough to determine a solution to find them ahead of time, as psychos are able to disguise some of their emotional expressions. I do hate the crazy people ruining it for everyone else, and I don't see a viable way to slow it down in the the near future.

Ines I think it's fascinating how everyone thinks Australia is dangerous... Even Americans who have polar bears and grizzly bears and brown bears and black bears and cougars and pumas and mountain lions and lynxes and coyotes and wolves and scorpions and bison and moose and reindeer and alligators and rattle snakes and giant pythons and black widow spiders and active shooters. We are tame in comparison!

Both scarier than any mammal in Australia! I've seen maybe five snakes in my whole life. Sharks are my only concern, every time I stick my head underwater I hear the Jaws theme music.

Ines I HATE them! We only get them at the very end of summer. (They are worse up north where Jen lives).

Here's an intetesting animal fact for your collection... Wombats do square poos! I thought it was just one of those stupid stories we tell tourists until I went to Tasmania and saw a wombat, and yep, perfect little poo cubes all over the ground. 😆

Mostly those annoying invisible ones but we sometimes get blue bottles at the very end of summer, you find them washed up on the beach. Don't think I've ever been pinged by one though!
