Avery Not really common, but not unheard of. It's much cheaper and easier to book venues mid-week than on the weekends, especially at this time of the year. It's the start of the summer holiday season, everyone is having Christmas parties and school is out for a couple of months... It would SUCK booking a venue at this time!
The other possibility is that she got married on the weekend, and had to wait a couple of days to get the good pics back from the photographer. It's a bit of a faux pas to post wedding pics before the bride and groom and at some weddings they ask people to wait before adding pics to social media.
