I meant by reducing the number of pages you have to write on the new subject.

Not necessarily by the number of pages you've already written,however.For example,if you have to write 5 pages,but can't write more than 3 pages on the first subject,and so,has to change it,having to write only 3,5 pages on the new subject(5 pages reduced by half the pages you've already written).

this evening i was still outside with camryn, i have a 9pm curfew during the week, i overdid it by 15 minutes today, i think i could have avoided a punishment if i had called my father, but i didn't look at the clock and forgot it so i was punished naturally 🙁

i am now grounded for 2 weeks, which means i'm not allowed to leave my room without a reason, also i have to write an essay of 10 pages about why it can be dangerous when i break my curfew and i have to wear the connecting chains from belt to bra every time i'm at home for the next 2 weeks 🙁

luckily I am still allowed to meet camryn and keep my laptop (so I can write here if I am bored), but I still hate the punishment 🙁

That was strict enforcement. I agree that since you failed to call, it was appropriate to punish you. But for only 15 minutes, I would have thought it would be significant but not nearly the full punishment specified in your contract.

How late do you think she would come? 30 minutes, one hour or maybe two hours before full punishment?
See it like the time to go by train, bus, plane. If you arrive late, you will not be on the trip.

Wow,2 weeks of this punishment is very hard for only 15 minutes late!The essay and a few days without going out would have been enough,especially if you don't break your curfew often,I think.

I think the punishment should scale on how late she is.Maybe because it was how it worked for me,however.

So,even if 2 hours late,the punishment would have been the same?

If yes,in such case,I would have used it at my advantage,to come home way later...I would have had more fun time,and would have used this rule to take some "revenge",knowing I would get the same punishment anyway...

It does kinda have to do something with your equipment... It's far easier to hunt someone down or overwhelm someone who is limited in their movement. I just don't get it.

Oh, that's good for you but very unusual I think. I would get a severe punishment from minute 1, too but normally time related rules always include a time related punishment, like X numbers of lines for any minute or y minutes in the corner for any minute and other things that can be scaled like that

I imagine these chains are very unpleasant!Only when you're at home,but,as it seems you're not allowed to leave even your room,it is almost permanently...

Personally,I would be angry to have been punished so severely even for a few minutes late,so I would have stayed out later,and,if both angry,both wouldn't want to talk together during a few days...Not pleasant,but I would have liked to stay out longer,and to be able to get some revenge about a punishment I would have felt too strict.

However,I understand you prefer to have a good ambiance at home.And wise to not take the risk it affects your curfew.

I don't want to give the impression I stand with your father,but you may add "and that's one of the reason I am punished when late".

My father wants me to observe my curfew at 100%.

if i had to write for every minute for example a line more, i would be tempted too easily to exceed my curfew by a few minutes, so that this does not happen i always get the same punishment
