In America, probably. But in central/southern Europe, whether Germany, Poland, Austria or Italy, Roman Catholics are usually the biggest conservative voice, particularly when it comes to sexual morality. The biggest protestant groups (in Germany, most of the other examples have a strong RC majority) are Lutherans and United churches, and both are pretty chill when it comes to sexual tolerance (they preach marriage is sacred and are not exactly fans of promiscuity, but they have a sensible "hate the sin, love the sinner" approach to it and do not shun people with different sexual morality, and have been rather open towards LGBTQ+ and divorced people, at least compared to Roman Catholics.
Sasha Plus it also creates the need for the bad girl, liberal, loose, slutty, however folks would like to put it. Not right expecting a few girls to become pariahs so that the boys get their experience, to later use on the good girls.
I think Ines was trying to express that this is what she wanted for herself - a more experienced man for a husband that could guide her. Not to define a social norm where all girls but a select few should be keeping themselves pure and leave the experience building to those few sluts, but that young women who choose to have an experienced man lead the way should be able to find someone that has this sort of experience and is interested in marrying a virgin.
But yeah, imagining a social norm where all guys share a couple of immodest girls to build enough experience that they can later put to use in shaping a virgin bride's sexuality from scratch sounds like a world I would not want to live in as a male, and which I doubt most of the women I know would want to live in either.
